Warranty Information Frederick, MD & Springfield, VA

Standard Warranty

Millennium Pools & Spas warranties our workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of install. Parts and equipment will be covered by manufacturer standard warranty. It is owner responsibility to complete any required manufacturer data records. We do not cover use of any utilities such as electricity, gas or water as a part of our warranty. Owners are fully responsible for monitoring utilities to prevent excessive use.

Leak Detection and Repair Warranty

Leak detection and repair – we warrantee the repair that we make and the new fittings that we install. We do not cover the remainder of the plumbing or the pool. Leak work is charged by the hour and often includes multiple areas that are leaking. We will repair leaks as we find them and provide owner updates as we progress. We do not make any guarantee or commitment that we will find a pool leak after any certain amount of time. Once we provide owner update regarding repairs we have made and any additional testing we will return if leaks continue but will charge hourly unless the required repair is found to be in one of our new fittings. Pool epoxy is often used to seal leaking conduits or shell penetrations. This is a temporary repair and may last 2 weeks or 2 years. We do not guarantee epoxy repairs.

Water Damage

Millennium Pools & Spas is not responsible for water damage when Pool or Fountain pool systems are placed indoors, in vaults or above space that can be damaged by water leaks.

We recommend owner purchase water warning system that provides text notification in case of water leaks. One option provided below.

Construction

Liner

Liner Manufacturer warranty will apply to the new liner.

Millennium Pools & Spas warranty does not cover damage caused by chemicals, soil conditions or ground water.

Pool Paint

We use the highest quality paints available and install 1 or 2 coats depending on owner approval. When applying paint to existing paint coat we do not warrantee bond to existing on bond of existing to structure.

Paint applied to sandblasted gunite shell come with 1-year warranty.
